Patient and Resident Success
I have been a patient at Hammersmith House Nursing and Rehab since April of 2008. When I was admitted, I was unable to walk or eat. Since I have been here, I have become independent in my walking, and I am eating food again. I really thought that I was going to die or that I would not be able to return home again.
Through hard work and the dedication of all the staff here, that is not the case. I am actively working on discharge and getting back to the community. When other patients come here, and they are nervous and wonder if they are in the right place, I tell them there is no better place to be. The care from every staff member and every department is phenomenal, and I would not go anywhere else if I ever need rehab again. I would recommend Hammersmith House to anyone for excellent care.
This is not a job for the staff here. It is a way of life.
