U.S. News and World Report has listed Hammersmith House Nursing Care Center as one of "America’s Best Nursing Homes"
The selection was based on data collected from Nursing Home Compare, the federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services program that ranks facilities on measures of care, nurse staffing, health inspections and overall care. Each section may reach a five-star score, indicating the highest achievement.

Hammersmith House Nursing Care Center's efforts are now receiving national recognition. Hammersmith House Nursing Care Center is a 2008 recipient of the American Health Care Association Quality Award.
The AHCA Quality Award is modeled after criteria from the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award, the nation’s premier recognition for quality achievement.
