Kindred Transitional Care and Rehabilitation - Hammersmith has a dedicated and caring staff, many of which have been with us for over 15-years (some have even past their 30-year milestone). We are in the heart of Saugus, Massachusetts, with convenient access for many of our area’s surrounding towns and hospitals.

We are proud to hold a 2010 Five-Star rating from Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS); to be ranked among U.S. News and World Report’s Best Nursing Homes and to have received the American Health Care Association’s Bronze – Commitment to Quality award.

Our focus is to provide superior customer service to all we come in contact with. We believe in being actively involved in our community, and we are pleased to be able to utilize our center as an election polling location for the precinct.
